Infrastructure & technology

The foundation for stable operations: space, cooling, power, fire protection and access control – built with redundant A/B power and N+1 cooling, carefully planned and monitored.

Colocation options
  • Cages, racks or individual rack units (U)
  • Racks with A+B PDUs, optional fiber uplinks (10–400G depending on setup)
  • Suitable for dedicated hardware, storage (NVMe/SSD) & platform workloads

Space & building

1,000+ m² of IT space – complemented by office/storage areas and shared spaces.

  • Flexible colocation: cages / racks / units
  • Storage solutions available (rentable storage lockers)
  • Conference room & catering area
  • Redundant supply paths (A/B power, N+1 cooling)

Climate & cooling

Highly efficient cooling with free cooling, N+1 – including a hot/cold aisle concept.

  • PUE < 1.22
  • Temperature & humidity monitoring
  • No water pipes in the IT area

Power supply

Redundant supply (A and B feed) with modular UPS systems and a backup generator.

  • 1 MW (A/B)
  • Modular UPS systems
  • 1.2 MW generator • fuel for at least 72h

Fire protection

Early detection & gas suppression with the extinguishing agent FK-5-1-12 – IT areas segmented into fire compartments.

  • Aspirating smoke detection (very early warning)
  • Suppression system with FK-5-1-12 gas (residue-free, electrically non-conductive)
  • F90 fire-rated partitions & sealed penetrations
  • Fire dampers & documented concept

Access & security

Controlled access only: biometric/electronic, logged and monitored.

  • 24/7 video surveillance (inside & outside)
  • 24/7 on-site staff
  • Monitoring system for operations & facilities

Remote hands

On-site tasks in the data center – stay flexible.

  • Patching, visual inspections, restarts
  • Installation/cabling according to plan
  • Documentation & handover

Network & connectivity

Carrier- & cloud-neutral, planned with redundancy and designed for growth – including fast cross-connects.

Carrier-neutral
A mix from Tier 1 to regional carriers – flexible as needed.
Connectivity to carrier hubs
Connections to relevant hubs – implemented carrier-neutrally.
Redundant cable paths
Structurally separated routes for clean failover scenarios.
Pre-cabling
Fast cross-connect implementation thanks to preparation.

For 1 Gbit/s standard / 10 Gbit/s optional or high-capacity uplinks – we'll tell you what makes sense.

Connectivity & cross-connects

Designed for predictable implementation: structured cabling infrastructure, redundant paths and fast turnaround thanks to pre-cabling.

Carrier mix Redundant paths Fast cross-connects

DDoS protection

Multi-layer filtering infrastructure with high capacity and customizable protection profiles.

  • 4+ Tbit/s filtering capacity
  • Symmetric filtering (fewer false positives)
  • Individually customizable protection

Scalable uplinks

For colocation setups, fiber uplinks are available with suitable rack options (10–400G depending on setup/contract).

  • Suitable for platforms, storage, dedicated workloads
  • Clean separation via VLANs/segments possible
  • Optional: BGP/IP services (depending on offering)

SLA & availability

Availability comes from redundancy + processes: A/B power paths, UPS/generator, N+1 cooling, monitoring and 24/7 operations.

99.99%
Service level agreement (SLA) – for rack colocation, managed services & high-availability systems
Not for tower colocation: the tower area is operated without power and network redundancy – the 99.99% SLA does not apply there.
What you get
  • Redundant power supply (A/B) with UPS/generator
  • N+1 cooling, monitored & regulated
  • 24/7 on-site staff + monitoring
Discuss SLA/setup

Redundancy design

A & B feed, modularly expandable, concurrently maintainable – for predictable availability.

  • UPS bridging (at least 15 minutes at full load)
  • Generator starts automatically on mains failure
  • Modular expansion as needed

Monitoring & operations

Live monitoring of relevant systems and clear processes for response & documentation.

  • 24/7 monitoring system
  • 24/7 on-site staff
  • Logged access and visitor processes

Who is this ideal for?

For anyone who runs hardware in a data center (colocation) or plans dedicated systems (root access) – with clear requirements for network, security, NVMe/SSD storage and availability.

Frequently asked questions

Short & to the point – for quick decisions.

Ask a question

Depending on your needs, cages, racks or individual rack units (U) are available. For racks, A/B PDUs and suitable uplink options are possible – we'll advise you on the most sensible setup.

Power is supplied redundantly via A and B feeds. UPS systems bridge the gap until the generator automatically takes over during a mains failure. We agree on the details per project.

The data center is carrier- and cloud-neutral. There is connectivity to major carrier hubs and a redundant cabling infrastructure for structured failover scenarios.

A 99.99% SLA describes the guaranteed availability within the defined period. It is based on redundancy (A/B), N+1 cooling, monitoring and 24/7 operations. It applies to rack colocation, managed services and high-availability systems. Tower colocation is operated without redundancy and is excluded. We clarify contract details in the quote.
