We work with clear definitions: available now means provisioned right after your order; delivery time can be 3–5 business days (depending on hardware). For dedicated systems, root access, network (1 Gbit/s / optional 10 Gbit/s) and requirements such as GPU always depend on the project.

Depending on the package: monitoring, updates/patches, security basics, backup concept and defined response paths. If needed, we add performance checks, restore tests and support for changes.

Yes. We manage typical Linux stacks on VPS/root servers and – by arrangement – dedicated environments as well. Root access is possible and properly documented.

Together we define RPO/RTO, set up backup rotation and document the restore process. On request, we run restore tests so nothing has to be improvised in an emergency.

The standard is 1 Gbit/s. 10 Gbit/s (and higher in projects) is possible if the setup and hardware support it. We clarify this transparently in advance – without contradictory information.

Yes – especially in combination with colocation (e.g. visual inspections, cabling, reboots, replacements as agreed). Let us know exactly what you need (remote hands).
